Service and Repairs :
Watch and Clock Repairs Done on Site
At Alexander Clocks and Watches, all watch battery replacements and watch/clock repairs are done on site at our Riverside Store Location. If you are interested in having your watch or clock repaired or just need to check up on your repair, please call (951) 352-3177.

Shipping Policy and Questions
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 days. For Alarm Clocks and Watches, you can select USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All other categories or mixed shipments will arrive by UPS Ground. We will ship products anywhere in the United States. The only exception are Grandfather Clocks and Large Wall Clocks which are pick up in store only. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and shipping destination via USPS/UPS. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue so we contact USPS or UPS right away. Orders can only be shipped to addresses and not P.O. Boxes.

All our products our High Quality with the best workmanship. We like to carry a wide selection of alarm clocks, mantel clocks, musical clocks, wall clocks, grandfather clocks, and watches.
Sales Tax and Payments Accepted
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders. We currently accept Paypal only for online orders. You can sign up at Paypal to open an account with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express Credit Card. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. If buying from our Riverside Location, payments are accepted with Cash, Check or Credit Card.
If you accidentally placed an order or need to cancel for any reason, please email or call us immediately. As long as your order hasn’t been shipped we should be able to take care of the cancellation.
There may be times you are looking for a special watch or clock, or it may have run out of stock. We don’t necessarily order special items, but will do replenish our stock with new items regularly. We try to get the latest designs and keep a fresh stock of the latest trends.
You can return any item within 15 days of receipt, except for clocks with problems covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Products must be in brand new condition and free from defects. After we receive your item, we will then refund your money via original payment.
All our products are high quality. If something happened to your product or is defective, please contact us immediately and we can arrange a replacement or a warranty service for your item.
